(Cans)
UBC and Classified Material
In RIISA we
process large quantities of UBC. We garantee that our
aluminum cans are free from pollutants before being
baled,specially from lead and iron.
We
are interested in having our products meet the highest
quality standards. That’s why we analyze the moisture
and dirt content of our loose cans and of our final
briquettes.
Other similar products are the classified materials
which includes:
Class I
Class II
Class III
Class IV
Process:
1.As we receive the material, anything that is not
cans (plastic, paper, bags, etc.) is sent back to our
supplier immediately.
2.The material is fed through a conveyor into a vibrating
screen where all the dust that may be in the cans is
taken away.
3.Once the material is out of the screen a group of
qualified workers sort out any pollutants that may be
left in the cans.
4.By the time the cans arrive to the densities they
are totally clean. When the briquettes are done we perform
moisture and dirt analysis on them to assure the highest
quality.
5.When our cans have passed our quality controls wemake
bundles with 48 briquettes, and we load the bundles
in the trailer.
